I just wanted to send an email letting you know how pleased we were with the work Leo, Jake and Antonio did when prepping and painting our home. They worked very hard to be sure the work they did was of the highest quality. Any questions I had, Leo answered respectfully and with an explanation. Should a question arise he was unable to answer, he referred me to someone who could, mainly you. I appreciate your efforts too. You were always easy to reach and were able to answer all questions, making sure to forward any concerns to the painters, if need be. As you know, the painters worked long days and despite the hot temperatures, kept their standards high, never sacrificing quality and never demonstrating a “just get it done”attitude. I was also impressed with how independently they worked. They rarely had questions for me. This allowed me to come and go freely and trust they were doing a thorough job in my absence. My husband has even higher standards than I given he is more familiar with the type of work the men were asked to do and was hoping they would meet his expectations of quality work. He too was very impressed with their work, including the detailed caulking and is equally pleased with the results. The work exceeded his expectations.
