I hired United Home Experts to reside my English Tudor home. I am a retired engineer and a quality fanatic. I also managed a large manufacturing division. This is the finest, most professional, friendly, customer-centric, company that I have done business with. The crews, project manager, and salespeople are top-notch. Get this! How often does the CEO of a company this large actually make an unannounced site visit to check on the quality of the job and to be sure the customer is fully satisfied?! Well he did on this job! Hire them!
I had a roof leak – it looked to be coming from under 1 of my solar panels. The company that installed my solar panels is no longer in business, so I started calling around. I called a few solar places asking for help and it was hard to even get a callback. So, I decided to just find a roofer and see if they could help. I started my search in town and found United Home Experts. I called and explained my situation – they were willing to send someone out in a few days to at least look at the problem. Doug D. arrived on-time (a little early, actually) and I showed him what was happening. Doug (great guy – knowledgable, professional, personable) got to work right away, found and fixed the problem (which thankfully ended up being right next to the solar panel – not under it), and also fixed a few loose shingles while he was on the roof. United Home Experts was GREAT to work with; from the moment I called to the moment the problem was resolved. I’ll definitely check with the Experts again the next time I need work done on the house.
We are very pleased with the outcome of our siding project. The crew was great. They were friendly and worked quickly. They replaced an area they had completed because it was not up to their quality standard. (I’m not sure we would have noticed.) Our job was scheduled and completed within the aggressive time frame we requested. This was a pleasant surprise, as I didn’t think there was a chance they could squeeze it in. Erik was great about communicating any issues that were encountered during the job and resolving any punch list items once the crew was done. We would certainly recommend UHE to others. Thank you!
Roofing and carpentry crews were first class. Roofers got the job done quickly and expertly. Very clean. Carpentry was fantastic. The finish work on and under my screen porch were works of art. My house trim and window casings look great.
United Home Experts sets the standard of excellence in their professional services, safety, and customer service. They worked around our schedules and unpredictable weather to ensure the siding was repaired quickly to mitigate further damage. The team went above and beyond to match the color of the new siding to the rest of the siding even though the color technically didn’t exist because the rest of the siding has faded over time!

Thanks to Clayton, Douglas and Kjell. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard. There was an unexpected discovery with the original framing and this had to be fixed. The 3 worked well together. They were very easy to talk with and explained what was happening through the day.
Our project was scheduled for three weeks that were just awful weather-wise, and yet Michael and his brother showed up no matter what. They were unfailingly cheerful and worked very hard to get my siding done. Weuler Pavao was always available to address any concerns that I had. Neighbors have walked by since the project was finished and have commented on how good a job the guys did. I would recommend United Home Experts to anyone. Both the Everlast siding and the installation are excellent.

I am not usually a letter writer, but had to write this one. After receiving 3 estimates for painting my house and garage, I chose the most expensive company and let me explain why. First of all your estimate was $ 300.00 more than the least expensive company. Of the three estimates I received you were the most professional in your approach. You were neatly dressed, had a decent car, and made a neat and professional presentation. You did not rush the estimate process and took time to measure the house and garage and then sat with my wife and I and explained the process and answered all our questions.
My reasoning was as follows: This guy is neat and professional in his appearance and presentation, does not rush the meeting. It stands to reason his company would exhibit the same characteristics when painting the house. My reasoning proved correct.
The time frame you quoted me was very accurate within a couple of days. I could not ask for a better crew than the one you sent to do the work. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and worked very hard the whole time they were here. When we were exiting or entering the house through a taped door and they were within sight of the door they came over and undid the tape for us to get in or out.
They consulted me on more than several items to check what I wanted done with the situation. Everyday they policed the property before they left and cleaned all debris and removed their equipment. Daily when they left, my property was as neat as when they arrived in the morning. I can not say enough about these three gentlemen, their work ethics and their professional demeanor. We did not hear a profane word or blasting radio or anything out of the way the whole time they were here. The only thing we can say about the whole experience is “This is the way all things should be done”.
In conclusion I refer to the old adage “You get what you pay for.” Although your price was a bit higher than the other quotes, I can honestly say we are extremely satisfied and happy with the work done and the manner in which it was done.
I will heartily recommend your company to anyone who needs painting services. Please feel free to use this letter in your presentation folder when talking to prospective customers.

Following our first contact to the company United Painting promptly scheduled a walk-through to estimate our residential painting job, arrived on time, and provided a written, detailed quote on the spot for the work. Their price was competitive and fair. Manager Roy Melnick provided his direct phone number and was very responsive to our subsequent questions.
Our job had to be done under a tight deadline, and when we had formally arranged the work with United Painting they worked with us closely to be sure the job was completed on time. The paint job itself was of top quality.
Overall we experienced excellent service and professionalism from United Painting, and we recommend them highly.
