I would absolutely recommend United! They were thorough throughout the whole process of our renovation — from our initial call to completion to project. Tim and staff were consummate professionals. They took the time to hear our concerns and expectations and address them with clarity and honesty throughout the reno process. We never felt pressured into any “upselling” that usually happens with other competitors. It felt that our best interests were always the priority and the experience was so refreshing! All United employees seem to take great pride in their work … as if they were working on their own home. The craftsmanship and attention-to-detail was the best I have ever experienced and kept both my wife and I at ease. They made our home exactly the way we had envisioned it and couldn’t ask for anything more!

UHE arrives when they promise they will, and finish the job in the time frame they lay out at the beginning. You never call UHE and have to listen to the phone just ring and ring. This alone is of huge benefit to the homeowners, who just want to get on with their lives.

Thanks to Clayton, Douglas and Kjell. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard. There was an unexpected discovery with the original framing and this had to be fixed. The 3 worked well together. They were very easy to talk with and explained what was happening through the day.

Great experience from the time we met with the Scott to the completion of the project. We met with several other window companies and we just didn’t have the same level of comfort with them.

I’ve already started referring people to United Home Experts. The entire process was exceptional from initial contact to the completion of the last 3 major projects we had done. Nik worked with us to put together a plan that allowed us to have our roof done, installing amazing Marvin patio doors to our deck and have our house painted. The communication through the entire process was phenomenal from proposal, scheduling on site work. The onsite labor crews were very professional and had a great attention to detail and always cleaned up after each day.
