Installation Highlights

The roof of this property has three different sections and each required different preparation for the new fluid applied system roof installation. For each section, we inspected the sheathing and penetration flashing and performed refastening where needed. We cleaned and prepared the surface with bonding agents and installed the GAF UNISIL Seamless Roofing System in the Energy Star Certified White.

With a 20 year warranty, the building owners have a long-lasting solution with peace of mind.
