This customer called us when they realized their home was in desperate need of some updating. The siding was well over 100 years old. They had worked with fiber cement in the past and knew the installation procedure was unique and difficult. They sought us out based on our repuation as the most qualified fiber cement installer in New England.

The paint was no longer sticking to the wood siding of this colonial house, and the customer ran a day car at the property so they wanted it to have a new fresh inviting look.

We began this project by removing the old siding. We wrapped the home with Tyvek house wrap to protect it from the elements.

Then we installed new FC fiber cement clapboards at a 4″ exposure. We installed new PVC corner boards and created new quoins on the 4 corners of the home to keep the character of the colonial house.

After replacing the trim, we painted the home with Sherwin Williams paint. We also installed a new front door with side lites.
