This customer contacted us because they were interested in installing new siding on their Dorchester home.

We began the project by stripping the existing shingles, flashing and backing paper. Once we removed the backing paper, we were able to see the extensive rot that was taking place underneath her shingles.

The customer was grateful she chose us over another contractor who was interested in just covering over her shingles.

We installed blown in insulation and then replaced several pieces of sheathing We also replaced 3 windows with Simonton Generations® triple pane double hung window

Then we installed new Tyvek® house wrap and new pre-primed FC fiber cement siding and painted the home with Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint.
