United Home Experts & Habitat for Humanity: Local Summer Initiative
We’ve committed to making a difference in our local community this summer in partnership with Habitat for Humanity!
- During the month of June, UHE will donate $50 to Habitat for Humanity for every Owens Corning shingle roof booked!
- On Saturday, July 28th, our team is volunteering at a Build Day with Habitat for Humanity in Northborough! We will participate in transforming two existing buildings into four units of affordable housing!
A little more about this project.
The two homes in Northborough are 200-year old buildings, the large of which started out as the Gale General Store in the early 1800’s. Many historical artifacts have been found on-site and given to the town’s Historical Society. By participating in this project, four local families will be able to live in a safe, clean and affordable home in the center of town. These homes are within a short walk to shops and services, and provide the opportunity to live in a wonderful community with excellent schools.
