TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. Program Changes
   This referral program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Registration
   To qualify for the referral incentive, all referrals must be registered through the approved methods before the referred party requests an estimate or makes a booking.
3. Exclusions
   Employees and immediate family members of United Home Experts are not eligible to participate in this referral program.
4. Submission Process
   Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form, accessible via the provided QR code or at UnitedHomeExperts.com/referral.
5. Referral Timing Conflicts
   If a referral form is submitted after the referred party has already scheduled an estimate or booked a service independently, the referral will not qualify for this program. In cases where both actions occur on the same day, the timestamp associated with each activity will determine priority. Referrals must be submitted before the referred party schedules to qualify, regardless of whether the scheduling occurs 15 minutes, 2 hours, or 5 hours prior to the referral submission.
6. Reward Criteria
   • $50 Amazon Gift Card: Issued once the referred individual completes an appointment with us.
   • $200 Amazon Gift Card: Issued if the referred individual hires us for a qualifying project.
7. Qualifying Projects
   Rewards apply to full roof replacements, full siding and trim projects, full house window and/or door installations, or painting jobs valued at $5,000 or more.
8. Program Limitations
   • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
   • United Home Experts reserves the right to verify and validate all referrals.
   • Referrals outside our service areas or unrelated to our offerings may not qualify.
9. Misuse and Integrity
   United Home Experts reserves the right to disqualify referrals suspected of misuse, misrepresentation, or violations of program terms.
10. Geographic Restrictions
    Referrals must reside within United Home Experts’ service areas to be eligible for this program.
11. Discretionary Review
    United Home Experts reserves the right to review and make the final determination on any referral disputes, including those involving ambiguous relationships, property ownership, or timing conflicts.
12. Communication and Consent
    The referred party must consent to being contacted by United Home Experts for this program.
