This customer contacted us because some of their asphalt shingles were curling and there was also noticeable mold growing on the roof as well.

We began this project by removing the layer of shingles and backing paper and inspected the sheathing for rot.

Then we installed CertainTeed® Roofer’s Select and new CertainTeed® Woodscape 30 yr shingles. We also installed new aluminum flashing and replaced 9 of the old skylights with new Velux® fixed skylights.
