We’re thrilled to unveil the remarkable transformation of a residence in Brighton, MA 02135. Our team took on the task of replacing worn wood shingles, plagued by peeling paint, with the timeless allure of Rebutted and Rejointed Natural Red Cedar Shingles featuring a 7” Exposure.
For those unfamiliar, “Rebutted and Rejointed” refers to a meticulous process where the shingles are not only rebutted (trimmed for consistent thickness) but also rejointed (edges rebated for a precise fit). This results in a sleek, uniform appearance that enhances both aesthetic and structural qualities.
The homeowners, seeking a fresh look while maintaining the natural wood shingle aesthetic, also faced challenges with rotting and peeling window trim. To address this, we replaced all the window trim with durable PVC.
Today, the home proudly displays Beautiful Natural Red Cedar Shingles Siding, complemented by pristine white PVC trim. The outcome not only captivates with its visual appeal but also stands as a testament to the durability and beauty of the chosen materials.
