This customer was referred to us by a neighbor who we also did work for. This customer needed their siding replaced and their home painted.

The bottom portion of the home as cedar clapboards while the top portion was cedar shingles. The customer chose to keep the shingles but have the clapboards replaced.

We began this project by stripping the existing cedar clapboards and backing paper on the first floor of the home. We then installed new Tyvek® house wrap to protect the home from moisture.

Then we installed new pre-primed CertainTeed® fiber cement clapboards with 4inch exposures. We also installed new PVC fascia and soffits to the whole house and then put in all new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts.

Then we painted the whole house with Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint to blend the new siding with the old shingles.
