GRAND PRIZE DETAILS

Prize Description:
The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles Roof, provided by United Home Experts, with an approximate retail value of $20,000. The prize includes premium TruDefinition Duration Shingles covering up to 20 squares (2,000 square feet) and professional installation services. The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash if the total project cost is less than the stated value.

Homeowner Additional Cost Responsibility:
If the home requires roofing coverage beyond 20 squares, any additional materials or labor will be the responsibility of the homeowner and must be paid prior to installation.

Roof Pitch Eligibility:
Eligible roofs must have a minimum pitch of 3/12. Roofs below this pitch or classified as functionally flat are not eligible for the prize.

Grand Prize Exclusions:
The prize covers standard Leak-Proof Roof installation only. Additional services including carpentry, decking replacement, sheathing repair, trim work, plaster, painting, staining, or structural modifications are not included and may be provided at additional cost.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To enter, an individual (the “Entrant”) must:

  • Be a legal resident of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, or Rhode Island
  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Not have previously won any giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, or promotional prize offered by United Home Experts, including but not limited to roof, door, or other home improvement giveaways

Employees, contractors, interns, representatives of the Business, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

United Home Experts reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Entrant who has previously received a prize from any United Home Experts promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must complete the official entry form on the Business’s website or through approved promotional channels during the Sweepstakes Period. All required fields must be completed accurately. One (1) entry per person per day is permitted. Entries received after the End Date will not be eligible. Entries submitted via email, fax, postal mail, or hand delivery will not be accepted unless expressly stated.

USE OF EMAIL ADDRESSES AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS

By entering, Entrants consent to receive email and text communications from the Business. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting Sweepstakes eligibility.

RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

A random drawing will be conducted within fourteen (14) business days following the End Date. The selected Winner will be notified by phone or email within three (3) business days. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate Winner may be selected.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release prior to receiving the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable except at the sole discretion of the Business.

TAXES

The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • All Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Business, which are final.
  • If the prize is forfeited, unclaimed, or declined, an alternate Winner may be selected.
  • Acceptance of the prize grants the Business permission to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and project images for promotional purposes.
  • All entries become the property of the Business.
  • The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • The Business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if necessary.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless United Home Experts from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. United Home Experts is solely responsible for prize fulfillment.
